Outpatient MAT for an 18-county catchment, with telehealth follow-up.
Restoration Recovery is a CARF-accredited outpatient addiction treatment provider with four clinics across Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia. We coordinate with Tennessee Department of Health navigators, county health departments, recovery coalitions (Bradley, Rhea, and the broader regional network), and community treatment councils such as CADAS to receive patients across an 18-county catchment.
Catchment
Hamilton, Bradley, Sequatchie, Bledsoe, Rhea, Marion, McMinn, Polk, Meigs (TN) plus Catoosa, Whitfield, Walker, Dade (NW Georgia). Telehealth follow-up extends reach across all of TN and GA after the first in-person visit.
Coverage
TennCare (BlueCare, UHC Community Plan, Wellpoint), Tennessee Medicaid, GA Medicaid CMOs (CareSource + new-for-2026 Humana/Molina/UHC), commercial, Medicare, Tricare, self-pay. Most TennCare patients have $0 copay.
Three-step navigator workflow
- Call 423-498-2000 Mon–Fri 9:00–4:30 CT. Ask for the intake coordinator. Identify your role (TDH navigator, coalition coordinator, community partner) and the patient's county.
- Patient signs 42 CFR Part 2 release authorizing communication back to your office. We provide standard ROI forms; patient can also sign at the first visit.
- We schedule the first appointment at the closest clinic to the patient's home county — typically same-week, often within 2–3 days. Telehealth follow-ups thereafter for patients in distant counties.
What we treat
- Opioid use disorder — Suboxone (daily film/tablet), Sublocade (monthly injection), Brixadi (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly injection)
- Alcohol use disorder — Vivitrol (monthly injection), Acamprosate (daily oral)
- Kratom and 7-OH dependence — buprenorphine-family medications (kratom's mu-receptor activity is buprenorphine-responsive)
- Stimulant, benzodiazepine, cannabis use disorders — counseling, peer support, behavioral therapies (no FDA-approved MAT)
- Group IOP, behavioral health, integrated Hepatitis C care at the Chattanooga flagship
- Court-ordered drug and alcohol assessments — $150 cash, same-week, written report
What we do NOT offer (refer elsewhere first)
No medical detox, no partial hospitalization (PHP), no residential rehabilitation, no inpatient psychiatric care, no methadone (we are OBOT, not OTP). Patients needing these levels of care should be referred to the appropriate setting first; we receive the step-down handoff once the patient is stable for outpatient. For methadone-appropriate patients, refer via FindTreatment.gov.
