A few things new patients ask most often.
Can I start treatment the same week?
Yes. We offer same-week appointments at all four clinics. Call 423-498-2000 or submit a request and our team will schedule you quickly — often the next business day.
Will I be judged or treated differently?
Never. Our providers and peer support specialists treat addiction as the medical condition it is. All visits are protected under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 — the strictest federal privacy standard for substance use treatment.
Do I need to stop using opioids before my first visit?
No. You don’t need to be sober before coming in. In most cases you should be in early withdrawal before your first Suboxone dose — your provider will walk you through exactly what to expect.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any current medications. Prior treatment records are welcome but not required.
Can I do follow-up visits from home?
Yes. After your initial in-person evaluation, most follow-ups can be done via secure telehealth from your phone, tablet, or computer.
What if I don’t know which county I’m in?
Call us at 423-498-2000 and tell us your city or ZIP code — we’ll point you to the nearest clinic and confirm what services are available there.
Ready to take the first step?
Same-week appointments available. Most major insurance plans accepted. Call us directly or submit a request and we'll follow up within one business day.
