Like its Tennessee counterpart, Amerigroup Georgia is owned by Elevance Health (formerly Anthem) and is in the process of rebranding to Wellpoint — the same consolidation that replaced Amerigroup in Tennessee. Georgia Medicaid CMO Structure

Georgia Medicaid (administered by the Georgia Department of Community Health) uses three CMOs that manage care for most Medicaid beneficiaries:

Tennessee locations are also open to Georgia patients with appropriate cross-state Medicaid coverage; our team confirms eligibility at intake.
