Comprehensive outpatient care, clearly organized.

Evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders and integrated behavioral health — from MAT and counseling to psychiatric medication management, all under one roof.

What We Treat

Conditions We Treat

Restoration Recovery treats substance use disorders across every major drug class, alongside the mental health conditions that often accompany them. Care is integrated — one team, one plan, one place.

Opioids & Opioid-Like

Opioids

Opioid Addiction

Opioid use disorder is a chronic, treatable medical condition. We offer MAT with Suboxone (film or tablet), Sublocade monthly injections, or Brixadi weekly/bi-weekly/monthly injections — combined with counseling and peer support for long-term recovery.

Opioids

Heroin Addiction

Heroin dependence responds to the same evidence-based treatments as other opioid use disorders. MAT combined with counseling produces the strongest long-term outcomes and reduces overdose risk.

Fentanyl Addiction

Fentanyl is driving today's overdose crisis with extreme potency and unpredictability. We treat fentanyl dependence with MAT, close clinical monitoring, and naloxone access for safety.

Opioid-Like

Kratom & 7-OH Addiction

Kratom and its concentrated derivative 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) can cause opioid-like physical dependence. We provide MAT and clinical support tailored to kratom's distinct withdrawal profile.

Prescription Stimulant Addiction

Dependence on Adderall, Ritalin, or Vyvanse can develop even with prescribed use. We address stimulant dependence with medical support, behavioral therapy, and individualized planning.

Depressants

Depressants

Alcohol Addiction

Alcohol use disorder is highly treatable with the right support. We combine evidence-based counseling, relapse prevention, and medication management when clinically appropriate.

Benzodiazepine Addiction

Benzo dependence (Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Valium) requires carefully supervised tapering due to serious withdrawal risks. We provide medical oversight, structured tapering, and behavioral support.

Emerging & Other Substances

Cannabis

Marijuana Addiction

Cannabis use disorder is real and often underrecognized. We provide behavioral treatment and counseling for patients whose marijuana use has become disruptive to health, work, or relationships.

Emerging

Xylazine Addiction

Xylazine ("tranq") is a non-opioid sedative increasingly contaminating the fentanyl supply. We recognize xylazine exposure and adapt MAT and medical oversight to protect patients from its distinct risks.

Mental Health & Behavioral

Integrated Care

Co-Occurring Disorders

Many people in recovery also live with anxiety, depression, or trauma. Our integrated approach treats both conditions together so neither blocks progress on the other.

Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety disorders are common alongside substance use and independently. We provide evidence-based counseling and psychiatric medication management when clinically appropriate.

Depression

Depression often accompanies substance use and can quietly block recovery if untreated. Our team offers counseling and coordinated psychiatric medication support as part of a unified care plan.

How We Treat

Our treatment approach

Above are the conditions we address. Below is how we deliver care — the medications, counseling models, and program structures behind every diagnosis.

01
Treatment

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Opioid use disorder is a chronic medical condition — not a failure of willpower — and MAT is its first-line treatment. MAT combines FDA-approved medications with clinical counseling and follow-up to address the full picture of opioid dependence. At Restoration Recovery, MAT is integrated into a structured care plan — not a standalone prescription. Whether daily Suboxone film or tablet, monthly Sublocade injections, or Brixadi's flexible weekly/bi-weekly/monthly injection schedule, our providers work alongside you to find the right medication, the right dose, and the right timeline for your recovery.

  • Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) film or tablet — daily sublingual medication managed by licensed providers
  • Sublocade (extended-release buprenorphine) injections — once-monthly dosing for established patients who prefer fewer daily medications
  • Brixadi (extended-release buprenorphine) injections — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly dosing with flexible intervals
  • Regular clinical check-ins and dosage monitoring
  • Coordination with counseling and peer support for comprehensive care
  • Most TennCare, Medicaid, and commercial plans accepted
  • Telehealth MAT follow-up available for established patients

Distance and scheduling barriers should never stand between a patient and consistent care. Restoration Recovery offers telehealth appointments for follow-up visits, medication check-ins, and counseling sessions — covered by most insurance plans for behavioral health and substance use treatment. All telehealth visits are conducted on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • Secure video visits from your home or any private location

Structure

Group IOP

Intensive Outpatient Programming provides a higher level of structure for patients who need more than standard outpatient care but don't require residential treatment. Group IOP at Restoration Recovery brings together peer accountability, clinical guidance, and scheduled sessions in an environment that feels supportive rather than institutional. Sessions are designed to work around employment and family responsibilities.

  • Structured group sessions with licensed clinical facilitators
  • Peer support in a professional, private setting
  • Higher engagement frequency than standard outpatient
  • Addresses co-occurring behavioral health challenges
  • Coordinated with individual treatment plans

Integrated Care

Hepatitis C Treatment

Hepatitis C is one of the most under-treated conditions in addiction recovery — and one of the most curable. For patients already enrolled in our MAT or IOP programs, Restoration Recovery provides on-site Hep C screening and treatment so you can address both conditions with one care team, without bouncing between specialists. Modern direct-acting antivirals clear the virus in 8 to 12 weeks with cure rates above 95%.

  • Available to patients enrolled in our MAT or IOP programs
  • Direct-acting antiviral (DAA) medications with cure rates above 95%
  • Hepatitis C screening and confirmatory testing on-site
  • Most TennCare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans cover testing and treatment
  • Discreet, judgment-free care from providers who understand addiction recovery

Integrated Care

Behavioral Health & Psychiatric Care

Addiction rarely travels alone. Most people entering recovery are also managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health conditions that can quietly derail progress if they go untreated. Restoration Recovery provides integrated behavioral health services — psychiatric medication management and coordinated care — so patients work with one team, not many. Your recovery plan and your mental health plan become the same plan.

  • Co-occurring mental health assessment and integrated treatment planning
  • Psychiatric medication management by licensed providers
  • Evidence-based counseling for anxiety, depression, and trauma
  • Coordination between addiction medicine and behavioral health teams
  • Confidential under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
  • Most TennCare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans accepted
