Restoration Recovery's Soddy-Daisy clinic is at 210 Walmart Drive, Suite 100, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379, in northern Hamilton County. It sees patients Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 am–4:30 pm, and offers daily Suboxone film and tablet by prescription — along with individual counseling, telehealth follow-ups, and integrated Hepatitis C care. If you and your provider choose a longer-acting injection — monthly Sublocade or weekly or monthly Brixadi — it is ordered for you and you take Suboxone until it arrives; the injection is given at our Chattanooga flagship, about 25 minutes south and open Monday through Friday.

How we treat kratom and 7-OH dependence
Buprenorphine products (Suboxone film and tablet, Sublocade injections, Brixadi injections) are FDA-approved for opioid use disorder. Restoration Recovery clinically uses buprenorphine off-label for kratom and 7-OH dependence because the withdrawal pattern is opioid-like — mitragynine and 7-OH bind the same opioid receptors that buprenorphine binds, which is why the medication compresses kratom and 7-OH withdrawal the same way it compresses other opioid withdrawals (per SAMHSA TIP 63). Under clinical supervision, the rough 7–14 day unsupervised withdrawal window compresses down to several days.
Treatment pairs the medication with individual counseling. Daily Suboxone film or tablet is prescribed at your first appointment at the Soddy-Daisy clinic. If you and your provider decide a monthly Sublocade or a weekly or monthly Brixadi injection fits better, the injection is ordered for you and you take Suboxone until it arrives; it is then given at our Chattanooga flagship about 25 minutes south. Starting treatment in Soddy-Daisy: what to expect

The intake call is short: 5–10 minutes covering a few basic questions — what you’ve been using and when your last dose was — plus insurance verification and scheduling. There’s no commitment to start treatment. We book the soonest Monday or Wednesday appointment that fits your insurance at the Soddy-Daisy clinic.
First appointment — Monday or Wednesday in Soddy-Daisy
Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any medications you currently take. The visit takes 2 to 3 hours and follows our four-step intake: a DSM-5 substance use disorder assessment plus a COWS (Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale) score, then counseling intake, then doctor evaluation, then Suboxone prescription.
First stabilization week
At your first appointment, your provider explains when to take your first dose of Suboxone, and you take that first dose at home. You will feel withdrawal compress from the typical 7–14 day unsupervised timeline down to several days. Follow-up visits are weekly at first, then every two weeks, then monthly as you stabilize. While you take Suboxone film or tablet, they can be by telehealth, so you do not have to take additional time off work unless your provider asks to see you in person.
