Getting started

Plan your appointment

    Tell intake what care you need, which clinic you prefer, and whether a VA or other care team is referring you.

  2. Review referral and coverage details

    Have your insurance information and any VA authorization available. Intake will review requirements and coordinate the next step.

  3. Confirm the visit format

    We offer in-person and telemedicine appointments. Intake will confirm the appropriate format when scheduling. Allow about 2–3 hours for your first appointment.

Do you accept VA Community Care referrals?

Yes. Restoration Recovery accepts VA Community Care referrals. Contact your VA care team about a referral, then call RR so intake can review the authorization and approved services before your appointment.

What if another team already manages my prescriptions?

Bring your current medication list and the prescribing clinician’s contact information. RR will review your treatment and coordinate with that team using the appropriate authorization. Tell intake about any upcoming refill or discharge dates.
